The Duty-free sales software is built on the Odoo Community platform — an open-source ERP system renowned for its flexibility and powerful scalability. Developed by LIFETECH, this duty-free sales software enables duty-free business operators to comprehensively manage all essential operations such as sales, inventory management, transaction tracking, and a wide range of management reports.
A key highlight of the duty-free sales software is its ability to fully comply with current legal regulations while integrating direct electronic data connectivity with the Vietnam Customs system, in accordance with Decision No. 591/QĐ-TCHQ issued by the Ministry of Finance – General Department of Customs on March 28, 2023. This enables duty-free operators to optimize management efficiency, ensure transparency, maintain legal compliance, and enhance their competitiveness in the market.
